1. Pay for three therapy sessions in advance to secure your time slot.

2. Payments can be made by cash or payment link

3. Renew before your block ends to keep your slot.

4. Follow the cancellation policy for changes or missed sessions.

5. Assessments are invoiced separately and must also be paid in advance.

6. A full receipt will be issued to you by email after your payment. Please note this is not automatic, it is usually completed by our admin staff within one working day.

Booking & Cancellations

At BeMe Therapy, we aim to make scheduling simple, consistent, and fair for all families.

To help us plan effectively and ensure continuity for your child, we book therapy in blocks of six sessions and require advance payment for both therapy blocks and assessments.

Therapy Blocks

Therapy is booked in blocks of six sessions to:

• Keep your child’s time slot consistent each week,

• Provide continuity, which helps build trust and supports progress,

• Ensure a minimum amount of therapy input so we can get to know your child and work on meaningful goals.

At the end of each block, we will review your child’s progress and decide together whether to:

• Continue with another block, or

• Take a planned break.

Missed Sessions

• Missed sessions within a block are charged at €50.00 when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

• With less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, the full session fee applies.

This system helps keep time slots consistent and allows us to offer spaces fairly to families on our waiting list.

Assessments

• Assessment appointments must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.

• Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice or more will not incur a charge.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the assessment fee.

• Assessment reports will only be released once full payment has been received.

• Assessments and Therapy fees for children are tax deductible at 20%.
• To claim this, you’ll need a MED 1 form and must retain all receipts.
• Revenue also requires a medical referral letter from your child’s GP or Consultant.

Please keep your receipts, as it can take time to retrieve duplicates.

Some health insurance plans will partially reimburse therapy fees. Please check with your provider directly to confirm your level of cover.
