We are currently recruiting for the following positions at our Rathcoole, Dublin clinic:
Speech and Language Therapist (SLT)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible options available)
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our growing team. The role will focus on supporting children and their families using a child-led, play-based approach.
Specialist areas include (but are not limited to):
- Gestalt Language Processing (GLP)
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Supporting sensory regulation
- Working with children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised speech and language therapy sessions.
- Develop therapy plans and collaborate closely with families.
- Liaise with schools, teachers, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate records in line with CORU standards and GDPR.
- Actively contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- CORU registration
- Membership of IASLT.
- Experience working with autistic children and/or GLP and AAC (further training will be provided).
- A passion for strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible options available)
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to support children in areas such as sensory regulation, play, and functional independence.
Specialist areas include (but are not limited to):
- Sensory regulation and sensory integration
- Supporting emotional regulation and co-regulation
- Play-based, child-led intervention
- Supporting children with PDA profiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive assessments and create tailored therapy plans.
- Support children in developing key life skills such as dressing, feeding, and self-care.
- Work collaboratively with families and schools to ensure a holistic approach.
- Keep clear and accurate clinical documentation in line with CORU guidelines.
Requirements:
- CORU registration (or in process).
- Experience in paediatric OT, particularly with autistic children and sensory needs.
- Knowledge of neurodiversity-affirming, child-led practice.
Psychologist – Autism Assessments
Hours: Flexible – contractor role (ideal for part-time or sessional work)
Location: Rathcoole, Dublin
Start Date: Immediate start available
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team to deliver autism assessments. This role offers flexibility for psychologists who wish to work part-time alongside other commitments or as their main professional focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a range of clinical skill & informal neurodiversity affirming assessment practices alongside standardised diagnostic tools such as the ADOS-2 and ADI-R to inform clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with SLTs and OTs to discuss cases and produce comprehensive, collaborative child-centred reports.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and strengths-based feedback to families.
- Ensure assessments meet HSE, NICE Guidelines, and best-practice guidelines.
- Conduct cognitive and developmental assessments as part of a multi-disciplinary autism assessment process (not essential part of role).
- Administer a range of cognitive assessment tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of each child’s learning profile and strengths (where required).
Requirements:
- Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Training and experience in ADOS-2 and ADI-R administration.
- Proficiency with a range of cognitive assessment tools (e.g., WPPSI-IV, WISC-V).
- Strong communication skills and a family-centred, collaborative approach.
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice and respectful, strengths-based reporting.
